A) We use Spreadshirt’s Spreadshop to print and fulfill every order on-demand. That means pro-quality printing, fast production, worldwide delivery, and a 30-day satisfaction guarantee - without us holding stock. It keeps quality high and waste low, and lets us focus on creating original designs for every profession.
Q) How do I place an order?
A) Start on our website pages (idea/inspiration), then click any Shop button to jump to our Spreadshop.
There you’ll:
Choose the product type (tee, hoodie, mug, etc.),
Pick size and colour,
Confirm the design placement/preview,
Checkout securely
You’ll see the estimated delivery date at checkout before you pay.
Q) Can I customize my item? How does the Spreadshop “Customize” tool work?
A) Yes! On the product page, open “Customize” to:
Change product type/colour,
Adjust design size and placement within the print area,
Add custom text.
Tip: choose contrasting product/design colours for best results; the tool shows a live preview.
Q) Can I request a change to an existing design (e.g., colour) or ask for a brand-new design?
A) Absolutely. Message us via the contact form with what you’d like (design name, colours, profession, deadline). We can look at adjusting colours or create new variants - and we’re happy to consider new design ideas for future drops.
Q) How long does delivery take?
A) Delivery time depends on the product(s), print method, and destination. Standard windows are shown during checkout; Express delivery is available to many European destinations (typically ~2–3 business days after production). Exact dates and eligibility appear at checkout.
Q) How much does delivery cost?
A) Shipping costs vary by destination, shipping method (Standard vs Express), and basket value. You’ll see the total shipping cost during checkout before you pay.
Q) What’s your returns/exchanges policy?
A) Spreadshirt offers a 30-day satisfaction window. If there’s an issue, contact support and they’ll help with exchange/return options; in many cases they can resolve things without a return. For certain cases and order values, return-shipping costs may be covered.

Q) What sizes and fits are available? How do I pick the right one?
A) Each product page in Spreadshop lists available sizes with a size guide and measurements. Check the guide, choose your usual fit (or size up for an oversized look), and use the live preview to see how the design scales on different sizes.

A) Items are printed on-demand by Spreadshirt’s production team using professional methods matched to the product (e.g., digital direct, vinyl, embroidery). Orders are printed and shipped quickly, and backed by their satisfaction guarantee.
